Chief People Officer
Faculty today (30th January 2023) announces the appointment of new Chief People Officer, Vicki Marchington.
As Faculty’s Chief People Officer, Vicki will oversee Faculty’s exciting next phase of growth, with employee numbers set to further increase beyond the recent 300 headcount.
Vicki is committed to continuing to build people initiatives that allow Faculty to scale at pace and continue to foster a collaborative culture. This means balancing the desire and the need to have a talent centric culture in which all employees have the opportunity to develop while maintaining Faculty’s high performance.
Vicki joins Faculty following her role as VP of People and Culture at Matillion, the Manchester-based cloud-native data integration and transformation platform. Before her career in tech, Vicki worked across EMEA as Retail HR Director for Estee Lauder Companies following an 8 year period spent in the Middle East managing emerging markets for Estee Lauder Companies and Starbucks Coffee Company. Vicki has also managed teams and projects in the US – an important region for Faculty having recently appointed a global Frontier sales team, based out of Boston, MA.
“I am excited about Faculty because their foundation is built on a genuine passion for developing people and solving business problems in a data centric world. I will be leading the People team through our accelerated growth, ensuring our culture remains exceptional. I look forward to discovering more about how we can use decision intelligence to drive growth and better decision making in my field.”
Faculty has recently grown to over 300 employees, having more than doubled headcount over the last two years. This growth has enabled Faculty to deliver award-winning, transformational AI and decision intelligence projects across the healthcare, government, retail, and energy sectors.
