Faculty today (12th September 2022) announces its expansion into the United States with the appointment of Peter Gracey as Global Vice President of Frontier Sales.

His appointment marks Faculty’s first hire in the United States, and begins the company’s expansion into the region as announced at Faculty’s last investment round. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Peter will be focusing on developing sales for Frontier, Faculty’s new decision intelligence platform, in the healthcare sector, and will be connecting with the industry-leading healthcare economy in the area.

Gracey joins from enterprise cloud company Aurea Software where he was Senior Vice President of Global Sales and General Manager, responsible for all revenue retention and customer growth. He was also Senior Vice President of New Customer Acquisition, developing a centralised team selling over 15 enterprise software products.

Faculty’s flagship decision intelligence product, Frontier, launched in March 2022 to aid businesses with precise and more advanced decision making. Read more here.

Faculty has a proven track record in delivering award-winning, transformational AI and decision intelligence projects in the healthcare sector. The company developed the Covid-19 Early Warning System tool – used by the UK Government both during the pandemic and today – to help forecast bed capacity and optimise resources to meet demand.

Faculty is now working with over 140 NHS providers to forecast hospital admissions. Having successfully brought optimised decision making and forecasting capabilities to the UK healthcare sector, the company looks to translate this success to healthcare organisations in the United States. Gracey will be leading on these efforts.

Peter has previously taught Sales Development and Marketing at University of Massachusetts Amherst, and co-founded sales development and prospecting platform company, Quotafactory.
