Faculty appoints first Head of Marketing to drive next phase of growth

  • Leading British AI firm Faculty brings on board Dialog Solution’s Luke Davies-Cooke in newly created role
  • Appointment forms part of plans to more than double the marketing team by the end of the financial year and add 400 new employees over the next two years
  • Announcement follows recent appointment of Janine Lloyd-Jones as Director of Marketing & Communications earlier in the year
  • Thomas Boyd also hired from Siemens to bolster the comms and PR team

Leading British artificial intelligence company Faculty announces today the appointment of Luke Davies-Cooke as Head of Marketing as it looks to ramp up growth and increase brand awareness. The appointment follows Faculty’s plan to add an additional 400 new employees across the next two years, including more than doubling the size of the marketing team this financial year alone, after recently securing £40m in a funding round led by APAX Digital.

Luke is the first senior marketer to join the team and brings 13 years of experience handling marketing and communications for global technology and software brands. He will help deliver on Faculty’s vision to deploy AI solutions to help our customers make better decisions and deliver better services. He will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns for Faculty’s new suite of products that build on capabilities from high profile work for the NHS and Home Office, among others.

Luke joins Faculty from software company Dialog Solutions where he managed a team of content and design professionals and relaunched the brand to market. Prior to this he worked at a variety of communications agencies. Most recently, as an Associate Director at Golin where he worked on campaigns for global industry leaders that included NTT, Dimension Data and Oracle.

Luke joins the marketing team following the senior appointment in May of Janine Lloyd-Jones, Faculty’s Director of Marketing and Communications.

Thomas Boyd is also joining the team as a PR and Communications Assistant after having previously been part of the communications team at Siemens.
