Background
A leading insurance company understood that GenAI represents a transformational opportunity for them and the wider insurance industry, but did not have the right foundational skills, capability and technology in place to capitalise on this.
Solution
We designed and implemented the foundations to enable GenAI at scale across their entire business. We built a custom secure GenAI development and deployment cloud platform, and delivered a technical training programme to ensure developers had the right skills to build and maintain GenAI applications. A standard method to identify, scope and prioritise use cases helped the analytics team identify areas of opportunity, whilst a custom playbook provided best practice guidance, tools and templates to build and deploy GenAI solutions.
Impact
The initial use case was deployed to the Claims teams, speeding up call handling and improving the customer experience.
