The Faculty Fellowship connects organisations with select PhD and MSc graduates transitioning from academia to industry.
The Faculty Fellowship recruits, trains and mentors an exclusive cohort of data science, AI and machine learning specialists for you to choose from.
We process over 200 applications per Fellowship and select candidates to interview based on their mathematical, coding and communication skills.
Over a a short-term placement, the fellows run an impactful, bespoke AI project of your choosing, all backed by support and training from Faculty’s own team of experts.

We don’t have any specific entry requirements for the Faculty Fellowship. But we mainly look for PhD and master’s graduates, and post-doctoral researchers with some experience of programming, theoretical concepts of statistical learning and a high level of mathematical competence.
