As Faculty’s Chief People Officer, Vicki will oversee Faculty’s exciting next phase of growth, with employee numbers set to further increase beyond the recent 300 headcount.
Vicki is committed to continuing to build people initiatives that allow Faculty to scale at pace and continue to foster a collaborative culture. This means balancing the desire and the need to have a talent centric culture in which all employees have the opportunity to develop while maintaining Faculty’s high performance.
Vicki joins Faculty following her role as VP of People and Culture at Matillion, the Manchester-based cloud-native data integration and transformation platform. Before her career in tech, Vicki worked across EMEA as Retail HR Director for Estee Lauder Companies following an 8 year period spent in the Middle East managing emerging markets for Estee Lauder Companies and Starbucks Coffee Company. Vicki has also managed teams and projects in the US – an important region for Faculty having recently appointed a global Frontier sales team, based out of Boston, MA.

Faculty has recently grown to over 300 employees, having more than doubled headcount over the last two years. This growth has enabled Faculty to deliver award-winning, transformational AI and decision intelligence projects across the healthcare, government, retail, and energy sectors.
