Joel Hooper

Joel is the Director of Operations and Fellowship. He is accountable for building the operational foundations for Faculty’s growth as well as bringing the benefits of the Fellowship to an increasing number of companies that are investing in AI. Joel believes that artificial intelligence has great potential to improve the performance of our organisations and institutions, when thoughtfully applied. Before Faculty, Joel worked in consulting and operations at the human data sciences company, IQVIA. Joel has a PhD in molecular biology from the University of London and has developed in regenerative practice with Regenesis and Carol Sanford. Joel is a non-executive director at the Sharon Faye Foundation, a research institute on emotion.
