As we approach COP29 in Azerbaijan, Faculty is hosting two events designed to enhance our collective approach to sustainability and AI. We invite you to join us at our HQ in Old Street on Tuesday, 26th of November, from 18:00 to 21:00, for the first event in this series titled “How to Be a Chief Sustainability Officer: Leveraging Data and Technology”, hosted by our Energy Transition & Environment team and Alex Annaev from CSRD Chat.

Following our event during London Climate Action Week where we discussed the role of AI in Energy Transition, it has become clear that businesses are grappling with critical questions:

  • How can we effectively integrate sustainability into our core business strategies?

  • What role do data and technology play in advancing our sustainability initiatives, especially with the rise of AI?

  • How can cross-functional collaboration drive sustainable transformation within our organisations?

This is an opportunity to join like-minded senior leaders in an informal setting to fuel discourse on sustainability and enjoy a drink at our offices.

You’ll have the chance to hear from:

  • Jennifer Geary, co-author of “How to Be a Chief Sustainability Officer”, who will share insights from her book during a 10-minute presentation.

  • A panel of top executives, including a Chief Sustainability Officer and other C-suite executives, who will discuss strategies for integrating sustainability into business operations and aligning it with AI and other strategic initiatives.

We look forward to welcoming you to this event as we collectively navigate the path towards a more sustainable future in line with COP29.
