What is Vibe Coding?

Vibe coding, using AI tools to turn natural language into working software, only emerged in early 2025. In just over a year it has begun to change how organisations build and deploy software. This session cuts through the noise: you will test the technology directly, work alongside Faculty engineers, and form your own view of where it belongs in your business.

Format

  • Hands-on build: work through a real prototype with a Faculty engineer alongside you throughout

  • Technical context: a clear picture of where the technology stands today and where it is heading

  • Open discussion: space to test assumptions and ask the questions that matter for your organisation

This session will cover

What vibe coding is and how it works in practice, the realistic limits of current tools, where it creates genuine efficiency in software development and decision-making, governance and security considerations for enterprise use, and how to assess whether it is ready for your organisation.

Who should attend

C-suite leaders and senior executives across technology, product, operations, and strategy functions. No coding experience required.
