The Faculty Fellowship connects organisations with elite graduates - from undergraduates to postdoctoral researchers - transitioning from academia to industry.
We recruit, train and mentor an exclusive cohort of data science, AI and machine learning specialists, giving you direct access to the brightest technical minds for your team.
We process over 300 applications per Fellowship and select candidates to interview based on their mathematical, coding and communication skills.
Over a short-term placement, the fellows run an impactful, bespoke AI project of your choosing, all backed by support and training from Faculty’s own team of experts.
