This programme is designed for senior leaders with at least 5+ years of management experience, who are responsible for the strategic direction of their department or organisation. They are technical non-coders leading AI transformation, implementation and maintenance for the future.

The typical candidate profile is:

What you learn

The curriculum unfolds over three key modules. Day 1 lays the foundation with an introduction to AI and core concepts. Day 2 focuses on traditional AI applications in real-world scenarios. Day 3 delves into generative AI and practical implementation.

Oliver Munn

Oliver is Faculty's Director of AI Capability, helping Faculty's clients to upskill their teams and thereby deliver AI-driven improvements in their performance. His expertise is in making change happen, helping organisations to transform their operations and performance through the use of technology. He formerly worked at McKinsey & Company and for the UK government, driving tech-enabled change.

Michael Keeling

Michael is a distinguished Senior Data Scientist at Faculty. Building on his expertise from a medical engineering PhD, he has played a pivotal role in high-impact projects such as the COVID-19 Early Warning System and Faculty's groundbreaking work in combating disinformation. A passionate advocate for mentorship, Michael is dedicated to enhancing the skills of NHS data science teams and has been instrumental in guiding a series of fellowship projects at Faculty.

Roxana Alexandru

Roxana is a Senior Research Scientist at Faculty and has become a pioneer for AI safety. Before Faculty, she completed a PhD in signal and image processing from Imperial College London where she championed algorithms for rumour detection in social networks and neuromorphic video reconstruction. Before her research, Roxana worked as a Technology Analyst at JPMorgan.

Aleksandar Ivanov

Alex is an accomplished Data Scientist at Faculty, where he has made significant contributions as the resident Large Language Models expert. He has worked on several projects including developing AI models to predict heart disease. During his PhD at the University of Oxford, he explored auditory cortex information processing using advanced computational techniques. His diverse skills in machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis empower his impactful work across various industries.

Aidan Patrick

Aidan is the Head of Engineering at Faculty, with a commendable career spanning roles from Principal, Lead to Senior Machine Learning Engineer. With previous experience as a Solutions Architect at AWS and as a Cryptographic Security Analyst at BT, Aidan brings a rich multidisciplinary background in technology and security. Holding a Master of Engineering in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCL, Aidan combines technical expertise with leadership acumen in AI and machine learning.
